"Like sheep." Here he sets forth the evils that will befall sinners after this life. And because he has already spoken of three evils -- namely, that they are like beasts, that they despise wisdom, and the third is that they trust in their own strength -- against the first he says: because these are like beasts, it is fitting that they be punished like beasts.
