935. But I. Here he excludes the impediment which could be believed to come from their dejection as pertains to the magnitude of their punishment. And first, he sets out the power of God strengthening them: I am the Lord your God, who trouble the sea, against various sinners sending tribulation against you: they know that the Lord is just, and has loved justice (Ps 10:8[11:7]).
