"Then I shall not be confounded, when I shall have regard to all your commandments." Blessed James says: "Whoever shall keep the whole law, yet offend in one point, is become guilty of all": not that for one transgression he is punished with as much punishment of sense as for the transgression of all; but he will be punished with as much punishment of loss, yet not as severely for one as for all. …
