Second, he sets out restraint as to their joyful release from Babylon, for you shall go out with joy: he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness (Ps 104:43); as to the congratulations of others: the mountains and the hills, the powerful and the common people, praising God in you; or this is hyperbole: your land congratulating your return.
