721. Second, he sets out divine resistance to his efforts: now will I rise up. And concerning this, he sets out three things. On the part of God, the intention of resisting: now, namely, after he has done such evils, will I rise up, against him: by reason of the misery of the needy, and the groans of the poor, now will I arise, says the Lord (Ps 11:6[12:5]).
