Sound speech, and blamelessness; so that the opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say about us. sound speech. Clearly, that of the doctrines. For when these are added to the teaching, he who opposes, whether the slanderer or the heretic, will be ashamed, finding no hold at all against us.
